Beretta Choke Tubes

Beretta uses three choke systems, and the tubes do not cross over: Mobilchoke, Optimachoke for Optima Bore barrels, and Optima HP. This collection has factory Beretta tubes in all three plus Carlson's and Kicks tubes for Mobil barrels, from 12 gauge to .410. Each name lists the system, gauge and constriction. Mobil tubes also fit many Benelli shotguns.

Optima HP

Beretta lists Optima HP for the A400 Xtreme, A400 Xplor, A400 Xcel, 690, 692, DT11, A300 Xtrema and SV10. The tubes come flush, extended 0.75 inch, extended 2 inch and ported, in 12, 20 and 28 gauge. The color coded extended set marks constriction at a glance: red for skeet, blue for cylinder, yellow for improved cylinder, green for modified and white for full.

Optimachoke

Optimachoke tubes are longer and slimmer than Mobilchoke and fit 12 gauge guns with Optima Bore barrels. Beretta lists the 682, some 687 models, the Silver Hawk, DT10 and some 391 models. They come flush and 1 inch extended.

Mobilchoke

The factory Mobilchoke tubes cover 12, 20 and 28 gauge and .410. Beretta lists them for the Silver Pigeon I field models, A300 Outlander, 687 field models and some 391 models. Mobilchoke Victory tubes extend 1 inch with a colored stripe on the end for quick identification. For Mobil turkey and waterfowl tubes, Kicks, Carlson's, TruGlo and HS Strut all make versions labeled Beretta/Benelli Mobil.

Frequently asked questions

Which Beretta choke system does my gun use?

Check the owner's manual or the factory tube. The model lists above come from Beretta's own product details, and several are marked "some models," so confirm before you order.

Do Beretta Mobil chokes fit Benelli shotguns?

Aftermarket tubes labeled Beretta/Benelli Mobil are made for Mobil barrels from both makers. Confirm your Benelli takes Mobil and not Crio Plus.

Are Optima HP and Mobilchoke interchangeable?

No. They are different threads. Order the system named for your barrel.

What do the colors on Optima HP extended chokes mean?

On the color coded set here, red is skeet, blue is cylinder, yellow is improved cylinder, green is modified and white is full.
