Picatinny and Weaver rings
Most 30mm rings here clamp to a Picatinny or Weaver base. Warne makes Maxima, Mountain Tech, Hyperlite and Vapor rings. What height 30mm rings do I need?
Low rings usually fit objectives up to about 40mm, medium up to about 50mm, and high for 50mm and larger. Bolt handle and barrel clearance matter too, so measure before ordering.
Do 30mm rings fit a 1 inch scope?
No. Ring size must match the tube exactly. If your scope has a 1 inch tube, shop 1 inch scope rings.
How tight should scope rings be?
Follow the torque spec from the ring maker. Over-tightening can dent a scope tube, and too little lets the scope slip under recoil.
