Volume is the easy part of a single reed. The Impulse CTi will break the highest birds working your spread and still has the low, talky bottom end to finish them the last fifteen yards. The self-aligning toneboard and wedge hold a PreciseFit reed in position on their own, which means no worn cork to chase halfway through January.
