The Dragonfly is Phenix showing off a little, and it has earned the right. The blank uses their Net V advanced carbon fiber construction, and the grips blend cork with burl wood, which is not a thing most ultralight rods bother with. Rated for 1 to 7 lb line, it is built for rooster tails, road runners and mini jigs, and it holds its own on trout that have seen every lure in the box. The same rod handles crappie and bluegill without complaint.
