Countdown is a cold-hardy brassica plot tuned for the tail end of the season. It runs a set ratio of three parts rape, two parts turnip, and one part radish, so the annual blend delivers strong nutrition with a taste deer relish once the temperature drops and the weather turns. It produces a heavy amount of forage that carries minerals and nutrients into late fall and winter, then gives the herd a jumpstart the following spring. One 3-lb bag covers up to half an acre.
